The exhibition takes place at the Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles in Paris, on March 15, 16 & 17, 2005.

OPENING TIMES
March 15, 2005: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm / March 16, 2005: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm / March 17, 2005: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

SUPPLIES INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBITION FEE
* Pre-equipped stand: ground area rental, carpeting, rear partition and separation walls, double-sided flag sign, lighting rail with 3x100W spots per 9m² module, 1x1kW power connection with 2 sockets, daily cleaning of your stand and stand furniture comprising 1 table and 3 chairs.
* Bare stand : ground area rental, boundaries marked out on the ground and daily cleaning of your stand.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBITION FEE
Transport - travel insurance - handling - packing / unpacking - stand decoration - removal and storage of empty packaging (no storage of empty packaging is allowed in the building) - flowers - installation and distribution of fluids on stand, stand cleaning, etc.

OTHER SUPPLIES NOT INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBITION FEE AND FOR WHICH THE LICENSEE IS RESPONSIBLE
Telephone - NB: the official "purchase order" for this supply shall be sent to the exhibitors (technical file) 6 weeks before the start of the exhibition.
Power connection and consumption for bare stands.

INSTALLATION AND CLEARING OF STANDS
Exhibitors may take possession of their stand on March 14, 2005, from 8.00 am. All stands must be completed by 10.00 pm on March 14, 2005.
Equipment removal will take place between 7.00 pm and midnight on March 17, 2005.
