Inclusion in the catalogue offers you two-fold visibility – firstly
in the catalogue distributed free of charge at the Fair
and secondly on our website (403,500 visitors to the on-line catalogue
and 119,766 exhibitor entries viewed in 2004). |

Advertising
in the catalogue
The catalogue will be issued free of charge to visitors throughout the
event and included in the packs issued to the AMF delegates.

Advertising in
SMCL newsletter
Circulated during the three days of the event, the SMCL Newsletter will
cover news, include the programme and will be circulated
free of charge to the 45,000 visitors to the Fair.
Please note: as the number of advertisers is limited, orders will be processed
on a first-come, first-served basis. |

Visitor
hall guides/ main visitor guides
Throughout the Fair, “Visitor Hall Guides” will be issued to
visitors free of charge. These pocket guides are modelled on local authority
organisational structures and therefore cover the responsibilities of
elected
representatives and regional executives on a theme-bytheme
basis.

|
Additional
invitations
and delegate pack insert order form
You can promote your company by sending invitations to your clients and
prospective clients.
You will be sent 300 basic invitations free of charge at the beginning
of September 2005 with the technical pack.
To create greater awareness of your presence at SMCL with your current
and prospective clients, and to announce the events taking place at your
stand, you may wish to take advantage of additional invitations:

Take part in the Innovation prizes 2005
and put ahead your innovations near the press and of the visitors of the
Fair! Register as of now and until September 2, 2005, your candidature
will be taken in account as of reception of your Order form as exhibitor
of the Salon des Maires et des Collectivités Locales 2005. |
